Initially to save time and costs, we ask each new warranty issue to complete our Warranty Issue Log via the form on our website.

Expert Assessment
One of our cricket bat experts will assess the issue and notify you of the next, best course of action. This assessment will consider the age of the bat, wear and tear and the compliance with our bat preparation & care guidelines.

Confirmation of Next Action
Following the assessment, you will be notified as to our recommendations. This could be a free replacement/repair or a chargeable repair.

Sending the Bat to B3
Once we have agreed the best next action you will need to get the bat to us. You can either deliver it in person or by post/courier. Please make sure you use a reputable trackable delivery source and include a note with your name, address, contact number and a short description of the issue.

Please note that all shipping costs are chargeable even if the repair is free.

All returns must be sent directly to B3 Cricket in Nottingham or to an Approved B3 Service Centre.
