The warranty period starts from the date purchased. Warranty's on third-party items (helmets, footwear, clothing, etc.) are strictly in conjunction with the manufacturer's warranty.

Bat Preparation & Care Guidelines
Cricket bats are made from natural materials (willow and cane), which will deteriorate with usage. This is what we call 'wear and tear.'
Each piece of willow is different, as are the players and the force with which they strike the cricket ball. Therefore, it is difficult to accurately predict a cricket bat's lifespan with so many varying factors.
To maximise longevity and performance, it is imperative to take the time to properly “knock-in" your B3 cricket bat before using it in a match situation against new, hard balls.

Amount and Intensity of Use
Like a pair of running trainers or tyres on a car, eventually, they wear out. The 'mileage' of a cricket bat depends on how many balls you hit and how hard you hit them.
For example, an average club player probably has a net and a decent knock once a week if they're lucky. Players at a higher (elite) level - professional, county representative, academy, and top-grade club cricket, tend to hit the ball harder, face faster bowlers, and engage in more intense, regular ball hitting.
We recommend these players have at least two bats and keep their best for matches to prolong its lifespan.
All new B3 cricket bats are covered by a 12-month* warranty covering manufacturing faults that are not the customer's fault.
1. Handle Breakage.
2. Horizontal split due to willow defect such as storm damage.
Our warranty is a 'goodwill agreement' and subject to inspection and the customer having followed the B3 Bat Preparation and Care Guidelines.
All warranty decisions are at the discretion of B3 Cricket and are within the normal wear and tear expectations of a bat of its age.
B3 reserve the right to withdraw the Warranty Service if our experts deem that the bat has been subject to damage due to one or more of the following:
Lack of adherence to our bat preparation guidelines.
Use of poor quality balls, non-leather or composite balls
Normal wear and tear.
Excessive bat tapping and sliding.
Poor storage conditions (too damp or dry).
Our warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects caused by reasonable use. We will offer a free repair service within this period wherein our opinion; we deem it applicable. We will then carry out the necessary work to prolong the life of the bat.
A lot of the damage that occurs in the lifetime of a cricket bat is superficial and does not affect the bat's performance.
Bats returned under warranty will be assessed by our experts at B3, and we will advise as to the best form of action and whether or not the warranty terms cover the issue or if there may be a potential charge. We will not carry out any chargeable work without your consent.
Any valid warranty manufacturing and material defects will be repaired free. If the bat is still within the warranty period but considered beyond repair, we will offer a free or significantly discounted replacement depending on the bat's condition/usage.
At B3 we always try to be fair and reasonable and more 'customer friendly' than what is considered normal within the cricket bat market.
*Bats which are made of extremely low density or dried below our standard percentage may be subject to different warranty terms.
Our Returns Procedure
1. Log your warranty request using our online form and attached an image(s) of the damage. Click here to log a return/warranty.
2. Once you have submitted the form, one of our specialists will review your request.
3. Once we have agreed your request and next step we will ask you to return your item(s) to B3 Cricket for replacement or repair.
All returns must be returned to B3 Cricket International, Mancor House, Bolsover Street, Hucknall Nottinghamshire, NG15 7TZ. ENGLAND
Timescale – A Fast and Efficient Service
We recognise that a fast, fair, and efficient turnaround is vital to our customers – especially in the cricket season!
With many brands, you have to send the bat back to the retailer, who then refers it to the bat manufacturer. In some cases, it can take weeks or even months to get your bat repaired.
B3 deal direct with our customers and have a full repair workshop to serve our customers. This enables us to turn your bat repair around quickly and efficiently.
Once we have received your bat, we will assess the problem as soon as possible and advise you of our assessment and suggested remedy. Once this has been agreed upon, we always try and deliver the repaired bat or replacement within 5-10 days.
