Making a Purchase

Making a purchase at B3 cricket could not be easier. Browse our online store, and add items you wish to buy to your shopping bag. Once you have everything you need, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details and we can then complete the order

We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Switch Solo, Visa and Visa Electron cards securely online. If you are shopping from overseas, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. The offers on our website are without obligation and do not bind B3 Cricket Ltd

Shipping and Handling

Shipping is charged to all orders. We use a mixture of post and couriers to achieve the best, most reliable service. Overseas shipping charges will be advised on request UK mainland deliveries are charged at £7.50 per order up to 10kg Here at B3 Cricket we aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 working days of receipt (exc Sat-Sun & Bank Holidays). We will keep you advised of any possible delays.

At certain times of year we will ask for your patience as our production methods do not have a finite capacity as each bat is lovingly nurtured If you require your order leaving with a neighbour or your place of work etc this can be done but we will obviously need to know the address and contact number Backorders In the event of your item(s) being temporarily out of stock, we will back order it for you and advise on the delivery time. Alternatively, we will give you the option of a similar product or the option to cancel your order. If we send your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made in completing your order in full

Tax Charges

All orders in the UK are subject to 20% VAT which is included in our pricing.

All other orders are VAT free


Variances in use (frequency, player technique, standard), product care and the very nature of cricket make specific guarantees impractical to apply. Goods that have seen regular significant use through a season or that are more than 12 months old are not normally considered for a valid replacement or credit if damaged. As there are many factors to consider when appraising a returned item for fault and appropriate action we cannot offer decisions until such items are examined by us first hand. Returns Policy

Although all B3 products are made from the very best materials and manufactured to the highest standards we understand there may be occasions where a problem with a product could be experienced.

When such a problem occurs we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as we can. The information below aims to explain our general returns policy with the aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

Returns Procedure

You will need to return the item together with proof of purchase and a covering letter to include;

  • Your contact details and return delivery address
  • The reason for return
  • Purchase date
  • The approximate frequency of use
  • Any other information that may aid us when examining the item.

If our examination reveals a material or manufacturing fault, we will offer a like for like replacement (or alternative where stock is not available). Please note we do not offer direct cash refunds for products or return postage.

We understand that your next game is on Saturday, so will do our very best to resolve the issue within 5 working days, to minimise the disruption to you. We will either exchange goods or refund provided the goods have not been used and are returned in the original packaging. The return cost to get the goods back to B3 is the responsibility of the sender.
