Warranty Introduction

In general we guarantee all B3 products from the date delivered for a period of 12 months. We guarantee third party items (helmets, footwear and clothing etc.) in conjunction with the manufacturer’s guarantee / warranty.

 

B3 is owned and run by cricketers for cricketers. We therefore like to think we understand the game and the needs of our customers. We soon realised that one warranty doesn’t suit all products so, we have developed specific Warranty Types for the following product types:

 

  1. B3 Cricket Bats
  2. Other B3 Products
  3. Third Party Products (footwear, helmets)

 

Should you experience any problems at all please let us know so that we can suggest an appropriate course of action. Please refer to the specific Warranty Type to understand how we treat each potential warranty issue.
